ISO: We have developed Management Systems based upon the requirements of ISO9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001 as we place a high emphasis on continually improving our service using the principles of ‘Process Management’. We are working to achieve accreditation of our Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems.
Arb Approved Contractors: We are Arboricultural Association Approved Contractors. The ARB Approved Contractor scheme offers a recognised benchmark for arboricultural contracting throughout the UK and Ireland and is increasingly required by Local Authorities and other large commercial organisations. ARB Approved Contractor is also of benefit in the domestic sector as a quality mark assuring the customer of good quality tree care undertaken safely and efficiently.
TrustMark Registered: We are TrustMark registered. TrustMark is the only Government endorsed scheme for trades in and around the home. Registered firms are accredited after thorough vetting and on-site inspections to ensure they are raising industry standards. This accreditation gives customers reassurance of quality and protection from rogue traders.
We are fully insured with cover for Public Liability (£10 million), Employers Liability (£10 million) and Professional Indemnity (£500,000)
All work is undertaken to BS3998: Tree Work Recommendations unless otherwise requested by the customer
All staff are NPTC and First Aid qualified
We provide detailed method statements and risk assessments and any other supporting documentation that is required to ensure a safe operation
